WeddySnap is a provider based in Germany (weddysnap.de); Migumento has no connection with WeddySnap.
One fact that matters before you buy: On 23 August 2026, the product page weddysnap.de/produkt/qr-code-gallerie/ showed the status ‘Nicht vorrätig’ (out of stock).
Beyond that, the two differ on three points: what’s possible without buying, when the access period starts counting, and whether several albums within one event already work.

Both sides advertise high image quality. Test it before you buy: upload a test photo, download it, compare file size and pixel dimensions. At Migumento, the original stays the original.
When another provider is the better fit
If you want to try the album without buying, don’t want the access period to start at the tenth photo, and need several albums in one event, we’re the better fit. The other way round:
- Writing tasks completely freely, without picking from a catalogue, is the only way at WeddySnap — if you’d rather start from a blank page, that’s the more direct route.
- You’re buying many months before the celebration and want the storage period to start counting only on the wedding date.

Can I switch from WeddySnap to Migumento?
Yes: download there, upload again here — as the host, through the same page your guests use. There’s no automatic transfer.
Do our guests need an app or an account?
Not with either. WeddySnap writes: ‘Nein, weder ihr noch eure Gäste benötigen eine App.’ With us, the link is enough; the first upload asks for a first name.
Can we create several albums in one event?
With us, yes — a civil ceremony, drinks reception and party, say — and items can be moved afterwards. The WeddySnap FAQ mentions folders as something ‘aktuell’ (currently) being implemented.
