Album ‘Summer party 2026’ on a phone: photos from a company event in the sapphire-blue palette

The organiser organises. They don’t take photos

Whoever puts a company event together spends the evening on catering, tech and the seating plan — not on the camera. The next day comms asks for photos for the intranet, and what exists is a handful of photos on one phone.

A WhatsApp group for the whole staff is the wrong route at work: it makes private phone numbers visible to managers and is voluntary in name only. An album sidesteps that — a link on the intranet, in the email or as a QR code on the standing tables.

How it works

  1. Create the album, QR code on the standing tables

Title, date, palette — the company-event style is dark and understated.

Table cards and stands come from Manage: 23 templates, 10 cards at 85 × 54 mm per A4 sheet, printed from the browser.

  2. Invite the team, no group and no account

The link goes on the intranet or into the invitation email. One click is enough.

  3. Live on the screen, then download

The photos run as a slideshow on the screen you already have. Afterwards you download everything in original quality.

What makes a company event different

No company WhatsApp group

A compulsory group chat with the entire workforce is awkward under data protection law and even more so socially. A link does the same job.

Photos from the team, not just from the stage

The usable photos happen at the table and in the break — and somebody on the team takes them.

One invoice, one price, no subscription

Once per event, no per-head licence — one line item for the books.

No setup, no hardware, no ticket to IT

Open the link, take photos, done — nothing to install, no account. The Live Wall runs as its own link on any projector, and an upload interrupted by poor signal carries on by itself. The screen you’ve already got in the room is enough.

Data protection at a company event

Photos of employees are personal data. What the product contributes:

  • No trackers, no advertising or tracking cookies, no facial recognition.
  • No account, no phone number — just a first name, no profile that outlives the event.
  • You moderate it yourselves. Any photo can be hidden — reversibly — or deleted.
  • Not discoverable and not indexed by search engines.
  • Processors are listed by name and country in the Privacy notice.

What stays with you: announcing in the invitation that photos will be taken.

The starter selection for this occasion

10 tasks are already ticked the moment you open ‘Photo tasks’ in Manage — unticking, rewording or adding your own takes one tap.

  • The room before the first guest arrives
  • The people who set everything up today
  • The view out of the window
  • A detail somebody made with care
  • Two people from different teams, in conversation
  • Who’s here for the first time today?
  • The name badge of someone you didn’t know
  • The table people sit at longest
  • Everyone together, before the room empties
  • The photo for the year-in-review

The full catalogue — 450 tasks for 9 occasions.

Common questions

Do employees have to register?

No. No account, no password, no profile. Whoever uploads a photo enters a first name.

Can we take photos down or have the album deleted?

Individual items can be hidden — reversibly — or deleted; for the whole event, an email is enough.

How many people can take part?

As many as you invite. No per-head licence, no surcharge per guest.

Do we get an invoice?

Payment goes through Stripe, by card or TWINT. If you need an invoice, we’ll issue one and unlock the album as soon as it’s paid.
