At a family celebration, chance takes the photos

At a christening a professional photographer is unusual, and the parents never get round to it. What exists at the end are the photos from godparents and grandparents — spread across ten phones. At a communion or confirmation, two sides of the family meet who barely know each other: there is no shared group chat, and there shouldn’t be one.

An album doesn’t need one. The QR code sits on the table, everyone scans it, and by the evening the collection is complete.

How it works

  1. Create an album

    A title and a date, no account, no password — two minutes at the kitchen table.

  2. Put the QR code on the table

    One printed card per table is enough; whoever prefers the link gets the link.

    Table cards and stands come from Manage: 23 templates, 10 cards at 85 × 54 mm per A4 sheet, printed from the browser.

  3. Everything together, grandparents included

    Everyone sees every photo — including those who use neither Instagram nor WhatsApp.

Nobody has to join a group chat with people they only know by sight — and no phone number changes sides.

Photos of the children stay with you

The link is secret, the album can’t be found, and any item can be hidden or deleted.

The photos nobody else takes

At a christening especially, the parents have their hands full. Guest photos are often the only ones of the day — up to 50 MB per photo, nothing scaled down.

Godparents and grandparents can join in

Open the link, take photos, done — nothing to install, no account. The Live Wall runs as its own link on any projector, and an upload interrupted by poor signal carries on by itself. Even on a tablet that hasn’t had anything new installed for years.

Common questions

Do guests need an account or an app?

No. The QR code opens the album in the browser. With the first photo we ask for a first name, nothing else.

Can we upload photos from inside the church?

Technically, yes. Whether photography is allowed in your church is the parish’s decision — ask beforehand.

Can photos of other children go in?

Only with the consent of the parents concerned. The right to one’s own image applies to children too; you can hide or delete at any time.

How long does the album stay reachable?

Free for 6 months from the day you create the event; unlocked, 24 months from the unlock — never shorter than the free window.
