No company WhatsApp group
A compulsory group chat with the entire workforce is awkward under data protection law and even more so socially. A link does the same job.
Company event
One link for the whole team, no accounts and no private numbers. The next morning you’ve got photos for the intranet instead of two shaky phone photos.
Set up in two minutes, QR code included — even for this weekend.
Free, no subscription. Beyond 400 MB, one-off plans from £17.

One more step: confirm your email The confirmation link is on its way to you — along with both your links. Once you’ve confirmed, your event stays, and a lost Manage link can be replaced.
Link for your guests
Whoever puts a company event together spends the evening on catering, tech and the seating plan — not on the camera. The next day comms asks for photos for the intranet, and what exists is a handful of photos on one phone.
A WhatsApp group for the whole staff is the wrong route at work: it makes private phone numbers visible to managers and is voluntary in name only. An album sidesteps that — a link on the intranet, in the email or as a QR code on the standing tables.
Title, date, palette — the company-event style is dark and understated.
The table cards come from Manage: 23 templates, 10 cards at 85 × 54 mm per A4 sheet, printed from the browser.
The link goes on the intranet or into the invitation email. One click is enough.
The photos run as a slideshow on the screen you already have. Afterwards you download everything in original quality.

The usable photos happen at the table and in the break — and somebody on the team takes them.
Once per event, no per-head licence — one line item for the books.
Open the link, take photos, done — nothing to install, no account. The Live Wall runs as its own link on any projector, and an upload interrupted by poor signal carries on by itself. The screen you’ve already got in the room is enough.

A paid event stays reachable for 12 or 24 months from the unlock, depending on the plan, never shorter than the free window of 6 months from the day you create the event. Invoice rather than card? Companies and clubs often pay by invoice. Drop us a line at info@migumento.com with the subject ‘Rechnung Firmenanlass’ — we’ll issue an invoice and unlock the album as soon as it’s paid.
No. No account, no password, no profile. Whoever uploads a photo enters a first name.
Individual items can be hidden — reversibly — or deleted; for the whole event, an email is enough.
