Common questions
Can we still upload after the trip?
Yes, for as long as the album is reachable. There’s no deadline after which an upload would be refused.
Does everyone need an account?
No, the link is enough. With the first upload we ask for a first name, so the group can see who a photo is from.
How long does the travel album stay online?
Free for 6 months from the day you create the event; unlocked, 24 months from the moment you unlock — never shorter than the free window. After that the event is closed and can be removed at any time — until then one click keeps it yours.
Do the photos reveal where we took them?
No location is ever shown on the site. It sits in the original file if the camera app writes it there — and for your event you can set downloads of other people’s photos to leave out location and device data. Your own photos always come back complete.
