Free means 30 photos, one month, no video

weddies and Migumento are both QR photo albums for celebrations. With weddies, the free version stays at 30 photos and one month, with no video at all. With us, you keep collecting for free — with video, in original quality, with no guest limit.

The free starting point is tightly measured: Basis stops at 30 wedding photos, one month of storage and no video at all. Anyone who wants more pays a one-off 59.99 euros for 12 or 79.99 euros for 24 months from the start of use.

weddies is a provider from Germany (weddies.de, weddies.net); Migumento has no connection to weddies.

What Migumento stands for

Originals, not copies

Every item is stored exactly as it left the camera — up to 50 MB per photo and 1 GB per video, nothing shrunk. When you download it, you get back exactly that file.

An album that looks like your celebration

46 palettes in light and dark, 9 fonts, your own cover photo. Plus 23 table card templates, ten cards per A4 sheet, printed from the browser.

Uploads that arrive, even with no signal

If the connection drops, the upload picks up where it stopped — not from the start. The queue survives a restart and, with no signal, waits until there’s reception again.

Guests have nothing to install

Open the link, type a first name, upload — in any phone’s browser, in Deutsch, English, Français, Italiano, Español. No account, no password, no email invite.

Every plan does everything

Live Wall on the projector, 450 photo tasks for 9 occasions, several albums per event, every photo can be moderated — from the free plan up. The plan sets the size of the event, not the features.

After the celebration, the photos are yours

Download everything as a ZIP, or copy it straight into your own Google Photos or Google Drive. After that, you don’t need us any more.

Always included with Migumento

This is included with every event — on every plan, from the first photo.

All guests, all photos and videos — no cap on guests, no cap on photos, no licence per guest.
Video is included from the free plan — no surcharge, no higher plan needed.
Original quality: up to 50 MB per photo, up to 1 GB per video, nothing gets scaled down.
Live Wall as its own link — one tab on the projector, no extra purchase.
Multiple albums per event, and you can move items between them afterwards.
Moderation: hide any item — reversibly — or delete it.
Downloads up to 400 MB are free; once unlocked, you download all the originals.
60 days money back, no subscription — a plan gives more storage and months, Unlimited also your own header, and every plan does everything.
Every guest sees the album in their own language — Deutsch, English, Français, Italiano, Español — and the terms and the emails are in the same one.
Your file stays your file: we save it unchanged — and whether other people’s downloads leave out location and device data is yours to set for the event.

Where weddies scores

A video guest book as a feature of its own — guests record personal video messages that become ‘ein einzigartiges Video-Gästebuch’; with us, guests upload videos to any album, and there’s no guest book of its own.

The verdict

If you want video and original quality from the start with no purchase, and never want guest count to become an issue, we’re the better fit.

When weddies is the better choice

You want the guests’ video messages collected as a guest book of their own: weddies offers it as a named feature; with us, videos land in an album you create for them.

Migumento is free until the event grows past 400 MB

The free plan is not a trial run: all guests, all photos, all videos, the Live Wall — and up to 400 MB of event size you download the originals too, for 6 months. For bigger celebrations there are one-off plans with 12 or 24 months from the unlock. No subscription.

Common questions

What does weddies cost, what does Migumento cost?

There: Free (Basic, 30 photos); Premium 59.99 euros (12 months) or 79.99 euros (24 months), one-off. With us, collecting is free; unlocking is a one-off from CHF 19.–.

Can I switch from weddies to Migumento?

Yes: download there, upload again here. There’s no automatic transfer.

Do our guests need an app or an account?

Not with us — the link is enough, and the first upload asks for a first name. And at weddies, without an app or an account? Yes, QR code or link, no registration.

When does the access period start, and how long does the album stay online?

There: 1 month (Basic); 12 or 24 months from the start of use (Premium). With us 12 or 24 months from the unlock (the day of payment), depending on the plan; if the free window — 6 months from the day you create the event — runs longer, the later date applies. Extending gives the plan’s months again from the day of the extension, as often as you like. Collecting is free, so the best time to unlock is after the celebration.

Is there a free weddies alternative?

Yes, Migumento. Creating an event, collecting, viewing and the Live Wall cost nothing, for 6 months, no card. You only pay for downloads above 400 MB or for more than 6 months online — a one-off payment, no subscription.

Do our photos and videos keep their quality?

Yes. We store every file unchanged, up to 50 MB per photo and 1 GB per video. When you download it, you get back exactly the file your guest uploaded.
